David Hinton

Principal Consultant

David is an entrepreneur and business consultant with expertise in social enterprise and purpose led business. He has worked extensively in recruitment, training, and careers education.

He was previously Director of Impact and Innovation at Supplytrain CIC, a social enterprise supporting young people into work across the UK. He is passionate about the social enterprise movement and actively supports entrepreneurs through Unity Ventures and at Westminster Business School where he is a Visiting Lecturer for Social Enterprise.

Caelie Hawkins

Caelie works with clients to plan and implement strategic growth strategies.

Caelie is a business consultant specialising in scaling business process and operations through planned growth phases. She has a background in commercial finance, energy and social enterprise.

Phil Golding

Phil works with clients to plan and implement marketing strategies to drive stakeholder engagement and commercial success.

Phil is an experienced marketer, consultant and entrepreneur with a background in apprenticeships, education and social enterprise.
